Meet Nathan

Re-Entry Specialist

Helping Incarcerated Persons and Families Recover Their Lives

After being incarcerated for nearly 15 years and successfully integrating back into society, Nathan has a testimony that can change your life forever. Being raised by a single mother who succumbed to dependency on prescription pain medicine, Nathan found himself addicted to drugs, homeless, and running the streets by the time he was 13. By the age of 16, he was sentenced to four years in the Florida Department of Corrections for what would be the first of many prison sentences. Upon his fourth incarceration, Nathan had a life-changing revelation of his true identity. A priest that visited the prison he was locked up in allowed him to see that his true identity was found in God. He surrendered his life to Jesus Christ, ultimately making the best decision he could ever make. From that moment forward, he leveraged everyday of a 47-month prison sentence to completely transform himself. He is now a free man, where he sits on the Board of Directors for a nonprofit organization, Damascus Road. He is clean from drugs, and has a home, license, new car, good credit, as well as full custody of his son. He has also started his own business, Island Cleaning Systems. He says his life is nothing short than amazing, and he wants to show you how he has made such tremendous accomplishments since gaining true freedom.
